Orkay Vermicelli Kheer Mix is a mix to make a pudding. Vermicelli Kheer Traditionally is made by boiling milk and sugar with various ingredients and vermicelli. Just add Milk to Vermicelli Kheer mix and boil on high flame. Orkay Vermicelli kheer is ready. Boil half litre of milk on medium low heat, then add 100gm of Vermicelli Kheer Mix, stirring the contents once in a while. Wait till the Semiya has turned tender and then add 200gm of sugar and stir for a few minutes. Remove from the stove, add ghee-roasted raisins, cashewnuts, elaichi and saffron. Serve hot or cold as desired.
